Responsibilities Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and generating reports. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Strong experience in technical sales, outside sales, or business development is preferred. Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
