About the Role We’re seeking a Post-Sales Operations Manager to lead and execute the customer journey after the sale. This role manages the lifecycle from contract signature through equipment delivery, installation, training, go-live, and the early stages of preventive maintenance. You will coordinate internal teams—including technicians, trainers, warehouse staff, and delivery crews—to ensure efficient, professional installations and a seamless transition into ongoing service. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for an organized, systems-driven leader with strong project management and team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Journey Execution Oversee all post-sale phases: install coordination, delivery logistics, training, go-live support, and PM program setup Ensure proactive customer communication, site readiness checks, and a seamless onboarding experience Installation & Preventive Maintenance Oversight Manage job scheduling, technician assignments, and walkthrough sign-offs Supervise PM technician schedules, visit quality, and compliance with service agreements Technician & Team Leadership Lead warehouse, delivery, training, and PM tech staff Conduct weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Implement performance improvement plans when needed and reward top performers Inventory & Delivery Operations Maintain stock accuracy, coordinate reordering, and enforce warehouse controls Schedule and verify complete, damage-free, on-time equipment deliveries Operational Tracking & Improvement Keep CRM and trackers updated with install status, PM completion, customer notes, and part usage Submit weekly reports and lead continuous improvement initiatives across install and service workflows What We’re Looking For Required Experience 3+ years in operations, logistics, field service, or related project management roles Proven ability to lead field-based technicians and cross-functional teams Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and operational reporting Understanding of inventory management, deliveries, and warehouse operations Ability to coach, correct, and build team accountability Preferred Attributes Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Clear, empathetic communicator with strong customer-facing presence Calm and resourceful under pressure Driven by quality, timelines, and continuous process improvement Agricultural industry experience or familiarity with technical/mechanical systems is a plus Performance Metrics (KPIs) You’ll be responsible for key outcomes, including: 95%+ On-time Install Completion 98% Preventive Maintenance Compliance
