offering hands-on courses in design, architecture, building, and craft. Founded on the belief

Yestermorrow Design/Build School is seeking a skilled, self-driven Development Director to
strengthen and expand our fundraising efforts. This part-time leadership role is ideal for an
experienced nonprofit professional eager to grow scholarship funding, endowment support,
and donor engagement.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and Board to lead fundraising strategy, cultivate
donor relationships, oversee events and grants, and coordinate volunteer engagement.

What You’ll Do:

 Lead all development efforts—appeals, major gifts, events, grants, and planned giving
 Cultivate relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and alumni
 Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
 Manage grants from research through reporting
 Maintain accurate donor data (Salesforce for Nonprofits)

What You Bring:

 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience
 Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
 Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
 Comfort working with donors, volunteers, and Boards
 Passion for Yestermorrow’s mission

Pay & Benefits:

Starting at $35/hour, with a generous benefits package available based on hours and
experience.
