Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel spills and restocking supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and additional languages if applicable
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using technology for wireless sales or other related tasks
