Process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit card, and check transactions. Greet customers and provide assistance with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries. Generate invoices and accurately document charges for completed services. Maintain customer records and update databases or software systems as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to cash handling and customer privacy. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
