As a Cashier Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions. Assist with merchandising and stocking products on the sales floor. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier area. Follow company policies and procedures for opening and closing the store and handling cash deposits. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior cashier or retail experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle cash accurately. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
