The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our grocery store environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. As a Monitor, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent service while also supporting sales initiatives and maintaining stock levels. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and promote sales. Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and restocking shelves as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Assist in sales activities by promoting products and engaging with customers effectively. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.
