Responsibilities Prepare and blend smoothies according to established recipes while ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie preparation area, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Promote daily specials or new menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
