This job position is preferably suited for individuals who are at least 17 years of age or older! This position is ONLY SEASONAL, meaning the contract for your work duration is only for the •summer/winter time•! We are seeking someone for a seasonal position with experience in Cashier/Restaurant. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, operate a POS system to take orders and complete accurate transactions for those orders. This position requires a keen attention to detail while placing customer orders, listening to customer while accurately take orders, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While this position is stated for cashier position it also includes side duties listed below.

Duties :

Operate cash registers POS system and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries. Accurately take customer orders for walk-in, pick-up, or drive-thru. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dine-in areas and customer self-service station as needed. Assist with sweeping around the restaurant premises (front and drive thru) and inside the establishment to ensure a tidy environment for customers. Collaborate and assist other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, customer service, work attire, cellphone usage and attendance. Experience/Skill Requirements Previous experience in a retail or quick-service fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Strong math skills is a requirement for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with cash registers and POS (point-of-sale) systems is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers, co-workers and management. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
