The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our facility. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly manner. Manage valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change accurately. Utilize retail math skills to assist with transactions and inventory management as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to enhance customer experience. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing information about services offered. Assist in managing the dealership’s operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Operate cash registers efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely is essential for valet parking duties.
