Full Job Description Branch Support Coordinator Role:

Provides operational support to frontline staff. Makes decisions related to frontline processes and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsible for overseeing branch cash orders. Provides cash management support as well as auditing all credit union cash and negotiable instruments. Provides administrative assistance with credit union item processing. Supports accounting by assisting with locating outages, cash/ MEA related GL issues, and device GL balancing.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assists with Operations Support-related inquiries via chat, e-mail, and phone calls. Provides frontline support for Symitar, Meridian Link, Alogent, and DocuSign. Supports check processing and general teller related functions. Ensures all activities are compliant within credit union policy and procedural guidelines. Assists in device support including ATMs & TCRs. Provides management level override support to all staff as needed. Assists with supporting staff and members with card-related issues. Supports credit union strategic initiatives by participating in projects and meeting deadlines. Responsible for conducting semi-annual cash audits, reviewing monthly branch cash audits, preparing reports, and compiling weekly cash analysis. Monitors cash levels in branches and oversees weekly cash orders for all branches. Assists in reviewing and updating teller procedures and policies for the credit union as necessary. Assists with daily mail processing. Maintains admin role in IP Admin for daily mobile deposit review. Assists department staff in releasing ATM holds and reviewing ATM adjustments. Completes internal and external research requests. Shares responsibility for processing all eBanking initiated wire submissions. Assists with other departmental projects and responsibilities as needed. Monitors daily, voided transactions, check holds, and dormant accounts. Monitors cash over and short GL, assists in locating outages, processes all foreign and domestic collections.

Knowledge & Skills:

Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Education A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills 10-key calculator and computer keyboard skills. Accurate with numbers and names. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient problem resolution skills to mitigate losses.
