As part of the 3 Natives Melbourne crew, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service, adding to a culture of excellence, and ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Take accurate customer orders and process transactions using our point-of-sale system.o Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist with food assembly, packaging, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Monitor and restock inventory as needed, notifying management of any shortages. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide helpful product information and recommendations to customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required. Passion for health, wellness, and nutritious food options. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.o Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and food safety.
