We are located on 2091 E Oakland Park Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases. Take orders. Knowledge about our products. In charge of POS. Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment. Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, including re-stocking products and cleaning as needed. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions. Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reconciling any discrepancies and following proper procedures for cash handling. Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, security, and customer service. Collaborate with the bakery and support baristas when they need it. In charge of cleanness inside of the shop and outside of the shop. Assist with other duties the barista assigned to support store operations, for example, merch.

Qualifications:

College diploma. Knowledge of food handling. Hospitality experience. Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
