Cashier Chifa Du Kang 14633 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027 About Us Chifa Du Kang is a popular Peruvian-Chinese fusion restaurant known for its flavorful dishes and excellent service. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our Miramar location and be the face of our restaurant for our customers as they complete their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service :
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service.
Order Processing :
Take and process to-go orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and followed.
Payment Handling :
Handle various payment types (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards), provide correct change, and issue receipts.
POS System :
Use the POS (Point of Sale) system to enter orders and process payments efficiently and accurately.
Problem Solving :
Address customer inquiries or resolve any issues related to payments or orders in a professional manner.
Maintain Cleanliness :
Keep the cashier area clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines.
Team Support :
Assist other team members during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Languages :
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Experience :
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required; we offer training.
Skills :
Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
Availability :
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements :
Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Initial training may take place at other Chifa Du Kang locations to provide a comprehensive understanding of our standards and procedures.
