Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding of items. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all stock is replenished as needed. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Skills Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for shoppers.
