This person will check orders for accuracy and ensure restaurant staff is working efficiently. We are seeking part time and full time availability. Please be sure to indicate your relevant experience for increased chances of being invited to an interview.

Primary responsibilities:

Greet customers; accurately and efficiently take in-person and phone orders; manage third party ordering systems; ensure correct orders are provided to each customer in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must possess excellent customer service skills Must have great phone skills and etiquette Must have the ability to multitask and handle busy periods of time Assist with light prep work Maintain clean working and customer dining environment Ability to work as part of a team Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with pizza maker, cook, delivery drivers, and customers Accurately handle and exchange cash and credit cards Big Daddy’s Pizza & Subs is a family owned restaurant serving Northwest Broward. We are a well-established pizzeria serving local communities for over 15 years with our authentic New York style pizza & taste, full Italian menu, and exceptional catering service.
