The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests, ensuring that each customer feels valued and satisfied. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the POS system. Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively upsell products and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper hygiene practices. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Experience Prior experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with sales techniques, particularly in the food industry, is a plus. Previous experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Make and prepare guest orders with accuracy and efficiency
