In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and nutritious smoothies while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us deliver an outstanding experience to our customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties Prepare and blend a variety of smoothies according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie preparation area, adhering to food safety standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, following food handling guidelines. Operate café equipment, including blenders and POS systems, efficiently and safely. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about menu items. Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient levels and notifying management when supplies need replenishing. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus. Experience with coffee preparation is beneficial as part of our diverse menu offerings. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
