Guest Services Associate – Cashier Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Guest Services Clerk (Cashier) Tampa, FL 33610 (On-Site) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Guest Services Administrator (Cashier) to join our team and provide outstanding service to our valued customers. This role requires flexibility as our hours of operation are from 9am to midnight & will require regular 8 hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle coupons or tickets efficiently. Scan items and ensure accurate pricing. Accurately calculate prices and totals for customer transactions. Process payments using cash, credit, or checks. Give correct change to customers. Issue receipts or refunds as necessary. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting products to meet their needs. Bag merchandise properly and carefully. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing a positive shopping experience. Handle cash transactions securely and responsibly. Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Record the amount received accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or front desk role preferred. Great numerical skills with attention to accuracy in handling transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction. Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
