You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms. Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. A willingness to learn about food sanitation practices and adhere to health regulations.
