Description of Responsibilities :

Great customer service skills . Primary duties include the receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. This is a front line position representing Goodwill Industries to the public. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to: processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisors.

Required Experience:

High School graduate or its equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.

Required skills:

Must have sufficient mobility Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time; see and recognize colors; knowledge of basic math skills; lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds. May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
