Duties:
Customer Service:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and information about products and promotions.
Sales Support:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, make product recommendations, and close sales.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest products and store offerings to effectively answer customer questions and provide product demonstrations.
Merchandising:
Help with the visual presentation of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly presented.
Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Transaction Processing:
Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges accurately.
Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, organizing, and counting inventory as needed.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
