What You’ll Do:

Inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff to improve performance. Help in daily store operations. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Process customer transactions and assist with inquiries. Help Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally under the supervision of management and per store policies. Support the store manager in maintaining store standards, and tracking performance metrics.

Game Advisor Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead , you will also fulfill Game Advisor duties, ensuring that customers receive a warm welcome on the sales floor and are effectively informed about products.

Your role will involve:

Sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with purchases. Processing and cleaning trade ins Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Enhancing overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

Location & Availability:

Game Craze operates in two locations:

Cape Coral:

Open seven days a week. Fort Myers –

Fleamasters:

Open Friday through Sunday. This position requires the flexibility to work at both locations , with weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) required and reliable transportation a must.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 , with state-required proof of age. 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience. High school diploma or GED required. Strong knowledge of video games and gaming culture. Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 lbs).

Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills & Abilities:

Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Strong communication abilities in spoken and written English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required). Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to operate a POS system and complete necessary paperwork. Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Understanding of alphabetization and inventory organization. Self-motivation and teamwork skills to accomplish tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Ability to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Consistent commitment to company policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
