Summary As a Cashier at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate transactions. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction at our restaurant. Responsibilities Process customer transactions efficiently using the cash register. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience. Assist with product demonstrations and promote menu items to customers. Manage stock levels at the register and assist with inventory as needed. Support team members during busy periods by helping with various tasks. Requirements Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
