Role:

TITTS Chicken is looking for friendly and dependable Cashiers to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash, credit card, and mobile transactions Answer questions about the menu and promotions Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations Uphold company standards for customer service and food safety

Requirements:

Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Must be able to stand for extended periods Authorized to work in the United States Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
