Ice Cream Scooper Tri Gelato 1059 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a smile. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and dining space. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders. Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings, providing recommendations as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, performing basic math calculations when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Help restock supplies as needed and keep inventory organized. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service or fast food restaurant, is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
