FUNCTION

The Concession Attendant will ensure consistent quality products, responsible for the preparation and sale of all food items per menu standards.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests Greets guests approaching service area Responsible for preparing and selling all food items on the menu and handling all cash transactions. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items. Must be able to operate all equipment in the stand. Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service Responsible for opening and closing inventories. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Standing 8-10 Hours Other duties assigned

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Knowledge of concession stand operations. Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. All internal and external guests must be treated in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s Service Standards Able to interact with internal and external guests in a friendly/fast manner. Ability to work effectively with others Ability to work in fast-paced environment Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE A

high school diploma or GED equivalent. One-year concession work experience is preferred. Valid Gaming license.
