Job Description:
Provide quick, efficient, and professional service to guests of Natural Slice Pizza Kitchen and Surf Shop.
Responsibilities:
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guest. Collect payment, process credit cards, room charges and handle cash. Maintain a cash bank issued by Finance Department Adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards. Ensure the back of house and front of house are well maintainted. Clean what you are able to and dispatch housekeeping when needed. Assist with monthly inventory. Adhere to proper food handling procedures and proper beverage procedures. Proper knowledge of equipment use and safety procedures. Coffee maker/urn, toaster, microwave, beverage machines, bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware, telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine Interior of the restaurant, kitchen and patio.
Qualifications:
Previous cash handling experience strongly preferred. Previous retail experience strongly preferred. Prevous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred. Basic math skills needed to understand and implement recipes and measurements. Must be able to operate register and process various methods of payment. Must have TIPS alcohol certifcation prior to start. Must have State of Florida food safety certification.
