Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout. Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Bag items carefully and assist customers with packing as needed
• Process returns and exchanges following company policies
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed Skills
• Proficient in sales transactions and retail math
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and product demonstration
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for calculating totals, handling change, and verifying prices
• Ability to stock shelves or assist in inventory management when required
