Job Description
Seasonal Beach Concession Employee Silver Dunes 1030 Hwy 98 East, Destin, FL 32541 We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Concession Stand Employees . This role is responsible for serving/preparing snack items to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the stand, and delivering a positive, friendly experience to all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food and beverages according to health and safety guidelines Handle cash, credit card, or room charge transactions using a point-of-sale system Keep concession area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Follow all safety, sanitation, and property policies Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory counts Communicate guest feedback or supply needs to supervisors as necessary Represent the property in a professional and positive manner at all times
Qualifications:
Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must follow local health code and food handling requirements
Work Schedule:
This is a seasonal position and outdoors Shifts vary and include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
