• Smoke product and cigar product knowledge helps.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with selling products or services is a plus
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English, are advantageous
• Experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is a bonus
