Restaurant Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sundry/Ice Cream Shop Attendant. This position involves preparing and serving ice cream, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections. Serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to standard portion sizes and presentation guidelines. Stock and maintain sundry items (snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc.) and ensure displays are clean and organized. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and the store environment according to health and safety regulations. Restock supplies as needed and report low inventory to the supervisor. Assist in opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and daily reporting. Respond to customer questions, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner. Follow all store procedures and health guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or food service experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
