We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us grow (pun intended)! We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Time:

Monday , Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Process phone sales and handle transactions efficiently. Process sales transactions, including returns and exchanges. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their purchases and inquiries. Assist in training new cashiers and supervising their performance when required. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for plants, gardening, and irrigation systems. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy retail environment. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on selling techniques. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. Ability to maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries.
