Cashier La Segunda Bakery Saint Petersburg, FL 33704 Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment? If so, we’d love for you to join the La Segunda 4th Street team! As a Café Associate, you will be responsible for learning and preparing our signature espresso beverages, serving fresh salads, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction. Verify orders for accuracy and ensure a high-quality experience for each customer.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Learn and master the preparation of espresso beverages, including coffee, lattes, and other specialty drinks. Learn and prepare fresh salads from our menu. Ensure the quality and presentation of beverages and food items meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during food and drink preparation.

Additional Duties:

Stay focused and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment and workstations. Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Adhere to company uniform policy and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere, assisting colleagues when needed.

Job Requirements & Skills:

Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for customer service. Ability to learn and master new skills quickly (including espresso and salad menu). Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
