Provide product demonstrations as needed to enhance customer understanding. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Assist in training new cashiers and supervising junior staff when required. Skills Strong background in retail sales with an emphasis on customer service. Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
