In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with food preparation and sales. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food safety standards are met. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and kitchen. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Culinary skills with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality. Strong sales skills to effectively promote menu items to customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Previous experience in a grocery store or food service environment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance customer interactions.
