What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system. Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments. Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area. Uphold health and safety standards at all times. Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or cashiering. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to each and every customer Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic required to keep up with the team. Previous drive-thru experience preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
