Responsible for taking orders and handling payments; proficient in using the POS system to ensure accurate transactions. Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Handle delivery orders (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area; restock necessary items as needed. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues and promptly report them to management. During non-peak hours, assist with simple packaging and food preparation tasks. Prior experience in food service or cashiering is preferred. Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and good customer service mindset. Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with POS systems and food delivery platforms is a plus.
