We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pool Concession Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Concession Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our pool concession stand. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to pool guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist with food preparation, including cooking, grilling, and assembling items
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to health regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized concession area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
