Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers: Providing a positive first impression with a welcoming smile and greeting.

Taking orders:

Accurately inputting customer orders into the POS system, ensuring all items are correctly selected.

Operating the register:

Processing cash, credit card, and other forms of payment transactions with precision.

Maintaining cleanliness:

Keeping the register area, counters, and front-of-house clean and organized.

Product knowledge:

Familiarity with the La Madeleine menu to answer customer questions about items.

Upselling:
