The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments Provide product knowledge and answer menu-related questions Ensure orders are prepared and handed off correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area Handle customer concerns or escalate to a manager when necessary Assist with stocking front counter supplies and condiments Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring the security of all payment methods. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed. Assist customers with menu inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Support food preparation and handling as needed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Uphold high standards of customer service in a quick service restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments Provide product knowledge and answer menu-related questions Ensure orders are prepared and handed off correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area Handle customer concerns or escalate to a manager when necessary Assist with stocking front counter supplies and condiments Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Experience Previous experience in a front counter cashier ,sales role, and/or outstanding customer service skills preferred . Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling practices, and food service is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing. Experience with food preparation in a restaurant, grocery store or quick service fast food restaurant setting is a plus.
