Position Overview As Front Counter Lead at our Dunwoody store, you are the face of Fabricare Center. You’ll ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from drop-off to pickup—and beyond. This role combines hands-on garment handling with inventory management, customer issue resolution, and loyalty-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement & Retention Greet customers warmly and address questions or concerns. Resolve billing or service issues with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Promote our pickup/delivery service and encourage repeat business. Counter Operations Process drop-offs and pickups accurately: generate invoices and record garment details. Unload and reload our transport van with care, verifying order counts. Maintain a spotless, organized workspace and garment staging area. Inventory & Supplies Maintain customer orders and track discrepancies. Track front-of-house supplies. Team Leadership Mentor and train counter associates on customer service standards and system procedures. Coordinate shift coverage and communicate priorities to the team. Qualifications Previous retail, hospitality, or dry-cleaning counter experience is a plus (but not required)—we’ll train the right candidate. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using basic computer systems (POS, inventory logs, email). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
