Cashier and Stocker Good Housekeeping Cleaning Service 612 Cascade Dr SW, Lilburn, GA 30047 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cashier/Stocker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient shopping environment. Duties Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are organized and displayed attractively. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading deliveries. Maintain cleanliness in the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stockrooms. Perform inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to ensure availability of products. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise during shifts. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Effective communication skills to relay information clearly to both customers and team members. Experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for stocking shelves and handling inventory. Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
