Furkids is located in Atlanta, GA. Along with our shelters, Furkids also operates 5 thrift store locations that raise crucial funds for the organization. As the Thrift Store Cashier, you will be responsible for helping customers, handling transactions, and other store responsibilities. You will often be the first face that our customers and volunteers see, so a positive and helpful attitude is a must. The best candidate for this position is someone who cares deeply about the life saving mission of Furkids, and will let their passion for animals lead their decision making. • Bi-lingual a plus
• Ability to follow directions and be accountable.
• Ability to lift and unpack boxes, and price and stock merchandise. Duties and Responsibilities
• Must greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must maintain a strong commitment to customer service.
• Learn our cash register and accurately check out customers.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
