In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining the stock levels in our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Also follow rules and regulation. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Stock shelves with products, ensuring that items are organized and displayed attractively. Conduct product demos to promote new items and engage customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stockroom. Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks to ensure accurate transactions. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
