Responsibilities:

• Prepare and juice fresh fruits and vegetables according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate juicing equipment and ensure proper maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain inventory of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients needed for juicing
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in juicing or beverage preparation, is preferred
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating sales totals
• Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
• Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee blends is desirable
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
