Casino Cashier Crowley Truckstop & Casino 9002 S La 13, Crowley, LA 70526 Part-Time Weekend Morning Shift Opportunities for generous tips. Prior casino experience preferred.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Perform cash drops. Ensures that cash drawer is balanced at all times. Completes transactions accurately throughout shift. Basic math skills. Respond to customer questions and complaints. Resolve customer complaints effectively. Troubleshoot problems with equipment and software. Communicate appropriately with co-workers, supervisor, and management. Keep casino clean and organized. Beverage service. Opportunities for generous tips available at this position. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers Basic math and retail math skills for accurate transactions Experience with 10 key typing for efficient data entry Familiarity with banking processes and casino operations Excellent organizational skills to manage cash flow and documentation
