As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, operating the cash register, and assisting customers with their orders. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food safety regulations to ensure the highest quality of food is served. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience operating a cash register or handling transactions is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the food industry.
