• Must be able to work any shift, have transportation, and clean background
• We report no shows for interviews and shifts

• Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
• Make pizza and other small eats
• Promote and upsell products or services
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Follow company policies and procedures at all time
• Complete shift duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of fleet sales is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
• Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Familiarity with technology products for technology sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact with customers effectively
