Take Out Associates -Dedham 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Dedham, MA 02026 We are looking for Take Out Associates to join our Legal Sea Foods team in Dedham! This position handles take out for our guests; ensures all take-out guidelines, specifications and quality and service standards are met.

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously. Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders. Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation. Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods. Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous work experience in similar role preferred. Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred Basic computer skills Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting. Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.
